Inbound Marketing. What is this?
The Inbound MK or Inbound Marketing or even Attraction Mk with which it is often Name it is a new trend in digital marketing. As we read on the page of its creators, Brian Halligan and Dharmesh Shah, «HubSpot was founded in 2006 as a result of a simple observation: people had changed their way of living, working, buying and consume, but companies were not adapting to those changes. Noticing this lag, Brian Halligan and Dharmesh Shah created the vision of Inbound-marketing and developed the HubSpot platform to support it . »(1)
One of its partners in Spain (2) InboundCycle (3) specifies its origin: « The concept was coined in 2005 by Brian Halligan, co-founder and CEO of the marketing software company HubSpot. However, the truth is that it would become popular years later, coinciding with the publication of the book Inbound Marketing: Get Found Using Google, Social Media, and Blogs, signed by Halligan himself, Dharmesh Shah (another of the creators of the company) and David Meerman Scott. Please note that our real estate readers are the dates immediately before the Crisis. The Inbound Mk will grow in it and will have a spectacular development after the departure, in the USA, of it. Today the idea is in full expansion throughout the world. And the businesses around them seem to grow exponentially in these years, as their promise of lower advertising costs as well as greater sales increases for companies, is permeating the target audiences they are targeting.
And it is that the promised advantages, rationalization of the marketing process and increase of sales that derive from it are realities that are being realized little by little.
The Inbound Marketing aims, through an elaborate process that we will explain little by little in successive postcards, to provide companies with more and better potential customers at lower costs than the current ones. A situation then, very desirable.
But will that philosophy and practice of the inbound Mk also apply to the real estate sector?
Do not hesitate the reader of it. But ... what if we put in the search engine something like inbound real estate marketing and press Enter (Enter)? To me, at this moment, I get 27300 results, very few compared to the 3,290,000 of inbound marketing that I look for next. What already shows us that yes ... but no.
If we examine the first entries of the results, in them we will see that while some have interest, all promise much more than they deliver. And how, after a few brief real estate brushstrokes, everyone starts talking about generic Mk inbound , so that if we filter the real estate aspects treated in them, the result of the strictly real estate would be very scarce.

Nowhere.So, at least we, will pay attention. That is why we are going to dedicate a series of postcards to this concept and its application to the Real Estate Sector.
The Real Estate Inbound Marketing and the Certificate of Professionalism.
The reader will not find that expression in the Qualification that we prepared in 2006 ... because that concept had just been coined by its author and had not yet been disseminated with such a name, but we did divide the second Unit of Competency: Commercialization of Real Estate, a rational way Its three training units cover traditional marketing - the so-called outbound Mk -, personal Sales and digital Sales. But there is no doubt that in the future revision of this Certificate, we will have to detail these new techniques more.
